- If Charlie picks vaping back up in February, refunds will be made
- Otherwise absolutely no refunds, don't bet what you can't lose. It's for charity afterall
- minimum $5 donation, and preferably rounded dollars for accounting reasons
- Charlie has put in his own 20$ regardless for the charity
- any complications can be discussed with Charlie if not stated here!
